Booking Appointments
Appointments to attend physiotherapy treatment with Helen Hodder can be booked via telephone, email or contact form on the website. Helen Hodder will endeavour to answer any query or appointment request within 24 hours.
Registration Form
All new patients are required to complete two intake forms. These can be downloaded here:

Chaperones
Patients attending treatment sessions may bring along a friend or relative to act as a chaperone.
Payment of fees:
Appointment fees are due for settlement on the day of the scheduled appointment. If the appointment is face to face, payment can be made using card or cash. If the appointment is by telephone, payment can be made via BACS:

Cancellation Policy
Helen Hodder Physiotherapy operates a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please endeavour to give a minimum of 24 hours when cancelling or re-arranging an appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given a cancellation charge of 50% of the full consultation fee is charged. For non-attendance without prior notice a full charge may be made.
